Martabak, The Most Popular Food From Indonesia

In Indonesia, there are two types of martabak, namely Sweet Martabak and Martabak Telur. According to the Big Indonesian Dictionary, Martabak Manis is a food made from a mixture of flour, eggs, sugar, which is sprinkled with peanut powder and chocolate, then baked and folded; While the definition of Egg Martabak is food made from flour dough (for the outer layer) and egg mixture, ground meat (minced), and spices (for the contents) which are then fried.

One time Abdullah who came from India was invited to Ahmad's yard and introduced to his sister, and the introduction resulted in a marriage between the two. Abdullah is also good at making a dish made from flour called martabak, because he lives in Indonesia so he makes a Martabak cake that is more adapted to the tongue of Javanese who like to eat vegetables, namely martabak which contains vegetables mixed with other ingredients.    Because this food is well liked, many relatives and neighbors of Ahmad, his friend and his wife, were taught to make martabak cakes, and even these foods are often introduced in various events outside the city such as the night market, as well as secular events in Yogyakarta and dugderan in Semarang. And now the egg martabak is very popular in our beloved country and has spread.
